Paleo Day 7

A wash out.  I will spare you the details but I was very sick last night.  Today was spent in the infirmary.  I had to get something in my stomach to settle things down.  The eggs were Paleo but the English muffins and ginger ale were not.  The crackers were certainly against The Plan.  I will lay low today and hope to recoup tomorrow.
